Please include as much detail as you can, including screenshots if possible and contact us.
Here’s a few things you can try on your own if you’re experiencing issues:
- Make sure you have a microphone connected to your computer.
- If you’re experiencing poor recognition, check out our improving recognition page.
- Disable your antivirus. It’s possible it’s interfering with LilySpeech.
- Uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome. LilySpeech utilizes Google Chrome.
- Disable all other Google Chrome extensions.
- Uninstall LilySpeech, restart your computer and reinstall LilySpeech.
